Coaching

Individual Coaching is designed for clients seeking to enhance their individual performance in a work environment.  Coaching sessions are generally an hour in length and may last for three to eighteen sessions.  Individual coaching focuses on creating a judgement free environment where an individual can express the thoughts that will become the framework in which we work. The individual determines when and how they want to be held accountable by the coach.

Team Coaching is designed for teams focused on improving the team’s ability to enhance team performance in a work environment.  Teams may range in size from 5 to 12 individuals on the same work team.  Coaching sessions are ninety minutes and may be conducted in person at the team’s chosen location or via teleconference.  Team coaching requires a minimum of six sessions and includes DiSC Assessment for all team members at a group rate.

Waypoint designs the coaching engagement around the specific needs of the individual client or client team.  Coaching is most successful when coach and client are equally engaged in the process.  Getting to know the client and establishing trust is essential.  Using intentional conversations the client and coach focus on:

  • Communication Style
  • Goals and Objectives
  • Focus and Motivation
  • Behavior Styles
DiSC Assessment

DiSC is a personal assessment tool used to improve workforce productivity, teamwork, and communication.  This non-judgemental tool is used for discussing individual and group behavioral differences.

EIQ Measurement

EIQ © is the ability of an individual to recognize their own and others’ emotions, understand the differences in feelings and use that awareness to guide appropriate behaviors and/or the ability to adjust individual emotions to adapt to the environment.

Hartman Value Profile

The Hartman Value Profile assessment uncovers an individual thinking approach which is directly related to the ability to process information and make decision.  The core of HVP is the belief that an individual must understand the balance of thinking styles, strengths, and challenges.
